Demolition, removal and disposal starts at $425 (plus gst) for hot tubs up to 500kg (the majority of hot tubs).

Single item removal starts at $90
Beyond our volume rate, we charge GST and additional fees for items that are hard to access (attic or crawlspace), items that go to separate facilities & ultra-heavy items:
Laminate flooring, bricks, tiles, carpet, water-logged items, etcetera…
We won’t remove anything until you know the total cost without any surprises.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, e-transfers or cheques.
Additional fees:
• Passenger vehicle tires $10 each.
• Boxsprings, and mattresses $35 including environmental fees & weight.
•Oil tank removal starts at $200. The tank must be empty and disconnected.
• Drywall, ask for a custom quote.
